FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE ACREDITACIONES
REQUISITOS A CUMPLIR
- Es imprescindible la publicación o emisión de información previa sobre el festival para poder solicitar la acreditación.
- Accreditations can only be requested through the press section of https://kaloramamadrid.com/prensa by filling out the form.
HOW TO APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION
On the dates indicated above, we will activate an application form of accreditations in this section. One form must be completed per person.
It is very important that the e-mail address you include in the form is checked daily. Informational communications to accredited persons shall be made in this way.
ACCREDITATION LIMITS
- In the case of radios and websites, there is a maximum of one accreditation per medium.
- In the case of print media, a maximum of two accreditations will be given per medium, one for photography and one for editorial. No more than one person from each section will be accepted for the same written media.
- In the case of television, a maximum of three accreditations per medium will be granted. One of them should be on writing.
- The number of graphics professionals allowed by the bands is limited. The Organisation will provide quality photographs to media that do not obtain such accreditation.
RESOLUTIONS
Those whose accreditations have been approved will be notified by email on Thursday 5 June.
Accreditations do not guarantee that all festival performances can be photographed and/or filmed, since some bands have their own rules and have the final say on graphic and audiovisual coverage. The Organisation will communicate the corresponding restrictions.
ACCREDITATION COLLECTION
Accredited press will be informed on how to access their accreditation once their application has been approved.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Press accreditation does not give access to VIP areas, artists’ dressing rooms or areas with exclusive access to the Organisation’s staff.
Accreditation will only be available for television media vehicles and general newspaper photographers. These will be very limited.
The organisers reserve the right to invalidate press accreditation at any time.
