Buying the ticket means accepting these general terms and conditions\u00a0(notwithstanding others that may be applicable if the ticket is bought through another platform and\/or payment gateway owned by an entity other than the company and\/or using any other method or mechanism).<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>By acquiring and\/or holding the tickets, users agree these general terms and conditions\u00a0in full.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> ADMISSION\u00a0TO THE VENUE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> Admission\u00a0to the venue\u00a0requires the exhibition of the\u00a0ticket or pass, which shall be scanned\u00a0for verification purposes. Tickets or coupons can be exchanged for a bracelet, card or another mechanism, method or system of\u00a0admission.\u00a0A ticket and ID (or equivalent identity document) must be showed to be handed the system of admission.\u00a0Only one system of admission is given to each person. The access system is personal and non-transferable. This mechanism shall not be handed over under any circumstances without being placed on the user\u2019s wrist by the staff of the organisation.<\/p><p>Admission\u00a0to the\u00a0festival\u00a0shall solely take place after reading the ticket or pass and\/or displaying the corresponding system\u00a0of admission.<\/p><p>When the venue is accessed, the ticket or system\u00a0of admission\u00a0shall be\u00a0shown\u00a0together with ID (or an equivalent identity document).\u00a0This document must also be\u00a0shown, if requested, inside the event venue by the organiser or by the security staff of the above.<\/p><p>The ticket, pass and\/or the\u00a0system of admission\u00a0must be kept in perfect conditions, with no deterioration, to allow admission\u00a0to the venue and to stay in the premises. Additionally if at any time during the event it is found that a user does not have the ticket, pass and\/or\u00a0system of admission, security staff may ask this user to prove the\u00a0system of admission\u00a0employed. If the user fails to do so, and\/or the\u00a0system of admission\u00a0is not valid and\/or correct, s\/he may be removed from the venue.<\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing );\">Where applicable, information shall be provided on the locations and times\u00a0for the exchange of the tickets and\u00a0passes for the corresponding\u00a0system of admission, via the website, social networks and\/or the usual communication methods associated to the event.<\/span><\/p><p>Access to the venue will not be allowed after the time determined by the company (regardless of the end time of the event). After this time, no new admissions shall be permitted and any exits shall be without re-admission into the venue if this is after the time stated.<\/p><p><strong>3.2.<\/strong>\u00a0Notwithstanding the above, if any cashless payment methods are used, whether or not these are linked to the\u00a0admission\u00a0and\/or payment system, they must be kept (together with any associated data and information) for the return of the corresponding amounts, where applicable,\u00a0and for any other issues that may arise (such as checks by the organisation).<\/p><p><strong>3.3.<\/strong>\u00a0Admission rights are reserved and in the following cases users will be refused\u00a0admission\u00a0to or removed from the venue:<\/p><ul><li>If the user\u00a0is not bearing an\u00a0admission\u00a0system.<\/li><li>If the\u00a0admission\u00a0system is incomplete, altered, damaged, deteriorated, broken and\/or appears to be false.<\/li><li>If the\u00a0user\u00a0engages in violent or disruptive behaviour\u00a0or\u00a0behaviour publicly inciting hate\u00a0or violence, or discrimination due to birth, race, gender, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other condition or social and\/or personal circumstances and, in particular, ticket bearers behaving aggressively, violently, disruptively and\/or causing disturbances inside the venue, carrying weapons, or objects which can be used as such, and any persons wearing clothes, objects and\/or symbols inciting\u00a0violence or\u00a0encouraging activities contrary to fundamental rights recognised in the law and the Constitution.<\/li><li>If the user appears to be drunk, intoxicated (apparently or potentially),\u00a0and\/or appears to be using or has used drugs and\/or narcotic substances.<\/li><li>Exercising the right to admission shall not, under any circumstances, involve a refusal of admittance due to birth, gender, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and\/or any other circumstance or personal or social conditions.<\/li><li>Where it can be reasonably presumed that a situation of risk or danger is going to arise for the user itself or for other persons attending.<\/li><li>Admittance can be denied or any users can be removed from the venue, in the case of non-compliance with the instructions of the staff of the organisation, and of the persons responsible for the control, surveillance and security at the event.<\/li><li>Where there is a violation of the demands and requirements for\u00a0the\u00a0admission\u00a0of minors.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.4.<\/strong>\u00a0Upon entering the venue, the audience may be searched in accordance with the applicable regulations in force. Access with objects that can be considered dangerous by persons in charge of access control and security of the event or prohibited under current regulations in force is not permitted.<\/p><p>For security reasons,\u00a0admission to the venue with motorbike helmets, suitcases, bags and\/or large backpacks is not permitted. Admission with smaller bags will be allowed, including handbags and small backpacks (notwithstanding\u00a0that these items can be examined or checked, as provided under the foregoing paragraph). Other\u00a0instances of\u00a0objects\u00a0that cannot be\u00a0taken\u00a0into the venue\u00a0include:\u00a0bottles, tins, laser pointers, professional photography or video devices, drones and\/or weapons of any description.<\/p><p><strong>3.5.<\/strong>\u00a0Admission to the venue with food and\/or drink from outside is not permitted. However, users with special needs, for health or similar reasons, must justify this in advance to the organisation for it to provide the corresponding instructions.<\/p><p><strong>3.6.<\/strong>\u00a0There shall be drink water available to users free of charge.<\/p><p><strong>3.7.<\/strong>\u00a0In any case, users are personally liable for their own actions and the consequences that could arise out of the above.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Buying a ticket involves accepting the following conditions:<\/p><p><strong>4.1.<\/strong>\u00a0Once the ticket is bought, its amount shall solely be exchanged or cancelled if the event is cancelled. In other cases, no returns shall be accepted (including payments in instalments).<\/p><p>If the event is cancelled, customers can request reimbursement within a term of no more than 15 calendar days from the date\u00a0cancellation is\u00a0publicly\u00a0communicated,\u00a0as\u00a0specified. For these purposes, cancellation is regarded as the suspension of more than half of the programme, including cancellation before the event and once the event has started.<\/p><p>The organisation shall not refund the cost of distribution and\/or return that may be charged by sales channels, given the fact that the organisation is not,<\/p><p>under any circumstances, the provider of the service sold through the sales channel or the recipient of this amount.<\/p><p>The\u00a0amount\u00a0of the ticket shall not be returned if\u00a0the event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, closures of the Spanish airspace or other force majeure scenarios or similar reasons.<\/p><p><strong>4.2.<\/strong>\u00a0The organisation reserves the right to change or modify the programme (including its contents\u00a0and order).<\/p><p><strong>4.3.<\/strong> The organisation does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been acquired at official points or chanels of sale. The organisers of the festival shall not be held responsible if a ticket is lost or stolen. The ticket must be kept by the user. The beneficiary of the ticket or person in whose name the ticket is customised undertakes all responsibility if any duplicates, photocopies and\/or falsifications of their tickets are presented, and they shall lose all rights to admission to the event afforded by the ticket. Only the first ticket presented shall be valid, following its code is verified. Any other tickers with the same code presented afterwards shall be fully null and void.<\/p><p><strong>4.4.<\/strong>\u00a0Ticket resales are not permitted.<\/p><p><strong>4.5.<\/strong> Holding the corresponding ticket and\/or system of admission does not entitle the user, its holder and\/or third parties to use such ticket and\/or its content for advertising, marketing or promotional reasons (including competitions, gifts and\/or draws), nor to the use of the intangible elements associated with it, the event and\/or the company.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>MINORS:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>5.1.<\/strong> Admission\u00a0to the venue cannot be gained by minors under the age of 16, unless they are accompanied\u00a0by their parents, guardians or the people who are legally responsible for their safety.<\/p><p>Notwithstanding the above, the father, mother, guardian or person legally responsible for the minor must first fill in, sign and submit the following <a href=\"https:\/\/kaloramamadrid.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/MENORES-KALMAD-EN-2025.pdf\">authorisatio<\/a>n, which must be presented together with a photocopy of the authorising party&#8217;s ID card and family record book.<\/p><p>Foreign nationals must provide the appropriate\u00a0equivalent\u00a0documents from\u00a0their source country.<\/p><p>While they are at the venue, the parents or legal guardians shall be responsible for any actions of the minor concerned, and any consequences ensuing.\u00a0Meanwhile, the father, mother or legal\u00a0guardian must sign an exemption from liability document, whereby s\/he takes responsibility for the minor while s\/he is within the venue.<\/p><p><strong>5.2.<\/strong>\u00a0In addition to the corresponding documents, the parents or legal guardians, and the minor, must have\u00a0bought\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0ticket and\u00a0hold\u00a0a\u00a0valid\u00a0system of admission.<\/p><p><strong>5.3.<\/strong>\u00a0Current laws in force expressly prohibit the sale of alcohol and\u00a0cigarettes\u00a0to persons under the age of 18, and this means that persons under such age will not be able to buy alcohol or\u00a0cigarettes. Minors must carry their ID at all times.<\/p><p><strong>5.4.<\/strong>\u00a0The failure to comply with the requirements provided above shall\u00a0lead to the\u00a0removal from the venue with no entitlement to any reimbursement of the price paid for the ticket.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong> IMAGE\u00a0RIGHTS:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Pursuant to the provisions set out under\u00a0<em>Ley\u00a0Org\u00e1nica\u00a01\/1982, de 5 de mayo,\u00a0sobre\u00a0protecci\u00f3n\u00a0civil del\u00a0derecho\u00a0al\u00a0honor, a la\u00a0intimidad\u00a0personal y familiar y a la\u00a0propia\u00a0imagen<\/em>,\u00a0[<em>Organic Law 1\/1982, of 5 May, on civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and self-image<\/em>] you are informed that the admission to the venue and attendance to the event involves the express consent and authorisation to capture, reproduce, distribute, publish and use and exploitation of your image, including promotional, advertising and\/or commercial ends, using any method, including electronic ones. Participants assign the rights to their own image, due to their attendance to the event, for the production of audiovisual material, of any kind, on any type of media (including electronic media) and the use, exploitation and dissemination of the above using any image and sound technical reproduction procedure or system of exploitation. This transfer is made free of charge and without any time or territorial limitation, in favour of the promoter, with the possibility of transfer by the promoter to any third party, by any title, and in favour of the media and press authorised for the event.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong>BAN ON TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS, FILMING AND RECORDING:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>All image rights and intellectual and industrial property rights\u00a0relating to the contents of the event are\u00a0reserved, as are those of the participants and parties attending it.<\/p><p>Save as expressly authorised,\u00a0you cannot take\u00a0photographs, film and\/or\u00a0record\u00a0audio-visual recordings inside the venue and\/or\u00a0of\u00a0the contents of the\u00a0event, its participants and the persons attending.<\/p><p>Furthermore, the exploitation of any possible photographs, filming or audio-visual recordings inside the venue and\/or of the contents\u00a0of the event, including the list of participants and persons attending\u00a0it,\u00a0is prohibited.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong>INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The entire contents and elements comprising admission, the\u00a0admission\u00a0system and any documents and\/or elements\u00a0given before\u00a0the\u00a0above are handed over,\u00a0or which are required\u00a0for their\u00a0acquisition, and\/or associated to the above (including texts and the graphical elements associated to it\u00a0-design, source code, brands, logotypes, photographs, buttons, colour combinations and, in general, any elements comprising a novel intellectual creation- as well as their presentation, structure, organisation,\u00a0layout and assembly)\u00a0are exclusively held by or licensed to the holder and are protected by\u00a0<em>Real\u00a0Decreto\u00a0Legislativo\u00a01\/1996, de 12 de\u00a0abril, por el que se\u00a0aprueba\u00a0el\u00a0texto\u00a0refundido\u00a0de la Ley de\u00a0Propiedad\u00a0Intelectual<\/em>.\u00a0[<em>Royal Legislative Decree 1\/1996, of 12 April, approving the redrafted text of the Intellectual Property Law<\/em>].\u00a0<\/p><p>The same applies to the event itself and the elements that make it up (such as, but not limited to, signage, arts, space design, configuration, decorative elements, signage and content of the event).<span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing );\">These elements cannot be exploited, reproduced, distributed, amended, publicly communicated, assigned or transformed,\u00a0unless there is an express authorisation granted by the aforesaid holder(s) of the rights.\u00a0Acquiring and\/or holding the ticket and\/or\u00a0system of admission\u00a0does not grant users any\u00a0prerogatives, or any ownership of intellectual or industrial property rights of the elements they\u00a0encompass.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-824eacf\" data-id=\"824eacf\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GENERAL CONDITIONS DETAILS OF THE PROMOTER Name:\u00a0MIDDLE GROUND,\u00a0S.L.\u00a0(hereinafter,\u00a0\u201cthe Company\u201d).TAX ID:\u00a0B-95.934.006.Address:\u00a0Camino de la Ventosa, 46, 1\u00ba D, CP 48013, in Bilbao.Email:\u00a0sales@lasttour.org Tickets shall be deemed to have been sold at\u00a0the registered office of the company.
