You must identify yourself to security personnel when entering the festival area. Yes, if it is for a baby.

An average backpack should be no larger than 50 cm high, 40 cm wide and 25 cm thick when full. The bags should fit into a box of that size similar to the system used in airports. If your backpack does not fit in the box you will not be allowed access to the enclosure.

Security

Yes, no problem, we guarantee it.

Yes. There will be ambulances that will be at the event, clearly visible, and clearly marked in the festival guide.

Food and drinks

We are working to make all types of meals available, we will have more information about it soon.

If you come with an official medical certificate that proves the food you need to take and that you need to bring your own food, you will be able to access with some food to the enclosure, without any problem. It is important that you take what you really need, for your own consumption. If at the entrance they see any food that does not correspond or too much quantity (food for more than one person, for example), they might not let you access with it.

Access with food and water is allowed into the festival grounds, as long as it is in quantities for personal consumption, not intended for resale, and does not pose any safety risk.

Vendors and stands

If you are interested in setting up a food stand, please contact hosteleria@lasttour.org for more information.

No. KALORAMA Madrid trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and wristbands may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose. The only exception is for official festival sponsors (who even need formal written authorization from the festival producers).

If you do not have festival approval, you would incur an offense and your items would be confiscated.

Working at the festival

Reduced mobility

People who cannot move independently on their own, such as those who use wheelchairs, crutches, auxiliary breathing equipment or require continuous accompaniment to access the festival (with a motor disability that prevents them from walking more than 33%, blindness…).

Unfortunately, being pregnant is not considered a functional diversity that qualifies for access to this special mobility service. On the day of the event, you can check with our assistance team and if there is space available in the designated area for reduced mobility, we will do our best to relocate you, although we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.

Yes, one person may accompany you, that person will have access to the PRM area, but must have purchased the regulatory ticket.

It won’t be necessary because your injury is visible. Consult the security officers.

If you want to carry it well, in case you do not have it, nothing happens since our security members can appreciate the state of each person, so if you are with crutches, wheelchair, etc. obviously there will be no problem to access this area.
