The only method of payment at the festival
Your wristband is an electronic wallet made up of a chip that stores your money. You can pay for everything from food and drink to merchandising.
If you top up online, you won’t have to ask for a refund of the remaining amount as it will be automatic and free of charge.

Exchange your ticket for the wristband
Before entering the venue, you must exchange your pass or day ticket for the official wristband at the points provided for this purpose.
Pick-up times are:
- UMusic Hotel Madrid (C. de la Paz, 11, Centro, 28012 Madrid):
Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th: 13:00h – 20:00h
- At the IFEMA Madrid Exhibition Centre:
Thursday 29th: 16:00h – 00:00h
Friday 30th and saturday 31st: 16:00 – 00:30h.
Without it you will not be able to access. Wristbands will be given out individually when you hand in your ticket. Wristbands cannot be collected from another person. Wristband must be worn at all times.

With the map you will have no problem to move around the festival and find the bars, restrooms or stages.
ENTRANCES AND EXITS:
Main entrance: Ribera de la Seine Street, for those arriving without a wristband.
Secondary entrance: Parthenon Avenue, for those who already have a wristband, people with reduced mobility and guests.
How to get to the IFEMA Madrid Exhibition Center
To get to the KALORAMA Madrid festival, we recommend that you use public transport: it is the easiest and most comfortable way to get to the festival.
